Elegant Tech
In partnership with the Fitbit team, a series of watchfaces were designed to complement the latest smartwatch, Versa. The ask was to create engaging, modern and elegant interfaces that are complementary to the industrial design and CMF. The designs were set as default and pre-loaded on the new device as well as featured on packaging, POS displays, marketing materials and advertising. The full set of watchfaces designed are available in the Fitbit app.
My design strategy reimagined the existing aesthetic and user experience through a refined visual language. I prioritized a lighter, more elegant approach by carefully crafting typography and graphics, and developing a refined color palette that elevated the visual design and created seamless harmony with the industrial design.
